so living next door to a pool would obviously have its perks. Easy access to great exercise and unlimited fun (actually im not sure about the hours) on a hot day! However, due my chronic fear of being in big spaces of water (we don't even have a bath tub) I dont actually go near the place. So my perks are - less neighbours to worry about and ample parking for any party guests.
However, tis the season for swimming carnivals around all the local primary schools.
Every morning I am woken by the sounds of happy children cheering for their teams, showing their school spirit (remember that St georgians?) and learning some sort of life skill.
