i have a very bad feeling that i've put on weight since starting the gym. My theory is that Im eating more junk because i think i have the safety net of exercising - but i dont actually exercise.
hmmm....
I have a consultation with my instructor (person thingy) soon so i guess i will see then - but how will it look if i put ON weight? Gosh.
maybe i should just ask for a refund while i'm ahead...
