Size matters

especially when you buy pants.
i recently bought a pair and like it fitted well in the change room but then i wore it today and its too loose. But it's my size so I'm confused. I dont want to go the size down because then it might be too small...hmmm...
so this is what i wish for - i want pants to come in size 9. Not just SOME brands, ALL brands. Dodgy stores, up market boutiques, department stores and even markets in the middle of the street should have size 9 pants!
Actually, can someone tell me where i can get some size 9 pants?

The internet is my future...

I've taken to talking to my dad on MSN which is weird because I don't talk to him in real life. It started off as just an alternative from calling and saying 'tell your mum this and that' and it has moved onto more conversation like "what are you doing to day? are you going out?"
I've given it a lot of thought as to why I don't mind this interaction and it's because I can read the words however I want. He never yells, never asks stupid questions, never pisses me off...so it's good but it's still odd.
However, I told my friend and she reckons that it's cool that my dad even knows HOW to use MSN so maybe I should focus on that silver lining.

I'm not a sweatshop worker!

When our house got renovated my mother asked me to paint some paintings to hang on the walls. I gladly did so and i got out all my paints and we went canvas shopping and i spent many an hour designing the patterns and colours that were to adorn my brand new walls.
I had a lot of fun painting them - i even went the extra mile with stitching, found objects and my personal favourite of toilet paper!
My mum's friend comes over and she sees the paintings and says that she likes them. My mother says that I painted them and if she would like I can paint some for her too. I mean, its not like I have a life or my own friends to impress...
Anyway so she put me in a tight spot because we were having dinner at her friend's house the next night - so i had to paint something.
THEN my uncle comes over and notices the paintings and is all 'hey! can you paint some for me? I have a new house you know?' I'm like okay, fine...you are my uncle, fine. So I'm in the process of my art - stitching, painting, making some sort of meaning - and my mother is hurrying me. She's all "Paint! Paint them quickly!"
I'm all "Don't hurry the genuis woman!"
She's all "Just draw some lines!"
So I've finally finished them - I'm blind from the stitching and threading and my fingers have been pricked one too many times for my liking - but I've finally finished them.
Normally I enjoy company but it has suddenly become a lot of work so please DON'T COME OVER!

what's a Gym?

OHHHH a GYM!
Isn't it funny how when you get redressed at the gym after your workout you never feel the same? You can shower, wipe yourself down, deodarize til you get high and do and redo your hair but it's still not the same.
I hate it how you never feel dressed after you go to the gym. Why is that?

Eat F*&king Fresh

Eat somewhere else I say...
I've had Subway maybe, oh...twice in my life. And although the sandwiches are good, the process of buying the thing is NOT worth it.

The first time I was simply overwhelmed with the choices and did NOT KNOW what I wanted on my sandwich. At any other store you could just say "I want a Big Mac and you know what you are getting."

The second time this is what happened. The sandwich was all made up and
Me: Can i have it toasted?
Guy: Urgh...i asked you that already. I guess you didn't hear me.
Me: Sorry, but can I have it toasted please?
Guy: I said that in the beginning! now all your salads are on here...
Me: yeah, I dont care, its okay, just toast it please?
Guy: It's okay, you just didn't listen, we all make mistakes.
WTF?
I gave him the biggest, filthiest look and I was like okay, just toast the thing. So we stood there waiting for it - for what seemed like days - and he starts making small talk...
Guy: so how has your day been?
How do you think buddy? I've just been given a life lesson by YOU, a Subway guy.

i dont want to victimise myself...

…But someone called me patronizing the other day! Yeah…me…Brittanneyy!
I mean what kind of fugly bitch would do that?

I was standing in a room and we were getting ready to shoot something. I picked up the camera that we were using ready to place it on the tripod when – lets call him MR - says to me that we were waiting for the base. I was like okay.
And then the girl reached for the camera to place it on the tripod just as MR walked away and I said slightly mockingly “We’re waiting for the base!”
She turns and snaps “you’ve never like me have you?”
Shocked I responded the only way I know how, by lying “No! I’ve never NOT liked you…”
“Well it just seems that whenever you speak to me you always patronize me.”
At this point everything that I have ever said to this girl runs through my head and I could only come up with about three things all of which are just small talk.
“So in the future I would appreciate it if you did not speak to me that way anymore.”
At which point I decided that in the future I will NOT speak to her anymore. However, I could see that the conversation was not going to end so I searched around (with my eyes because I didn’t want to move suddenly) for a saviour or a comfort zone. But, it seemed that the world had stopped. I could see them all in my peripheral vision yet none of them reached over to help me.
And so the awkwardness continued until the goddamn base (which I don’t even know what it is) arrived.

But it made me think…do I patronize people when I talk to them? And this one made me think the most because I was really intimidated by her when I first met her and then she confirms it by yelling. But I had made a special effort by her and REALLY making sure that I said hi to her all the time and stuff.
Oh well…bitch.
